Concern over crime rates in Salthill and Knocknacarra
Galway Bay fm newsroom - A city councillor has expressed concern over what he fears is an increase in crime rates in Salthill and Knocknacarra.
Councillor Donal Lyons says that over the past six months, there has been a spate of bulglaries and break-ins in the west of the city.He's urging residents to get more involved in neighbourhood watch schemes and report any suspicious activity to Gardai.
