CITY COUNCIL TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION OVER UNFINISHED ESTATE

Galway City Council is to commence legal proceedings against the developer of the Radharc na Farraige Estate in Ballybuke on the Ballymoneen Road.Local Cllr. Donal Lyons says the developer has failed to comply with several planning conditions and the Director of Planning Tom Connell says the council is determined to pursue this matter fullyAccording to Cllr Lyons roads, pavings, footpaths and landscaping works have not been completed and the matter has been ongoing for some time.Cllr. Lyons says that the residents who purchased homes in the estate deserve better treatment and he's calling for the developer to complete all outstanding works.
