CALL FOR GP SERVICE IN BALLYBANE

The basic health needs of the Ballybane area need to be served by setting up a G.P practice there.That's according to Councillor Mary Leahy, who says the situation is a "hindrance to young families who have to travel outside their area to see a doctor."Councillor Leahy says she will continue to lobby the Council and HSE to provide a much needed GP service in Ballybane.
