BALLINASLOE COUNCIL REJECT MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT IN THE TOWN

Ballinasloe Town Council has refused a planning application by Peter Melville of Oranmore for a mixed use development close to the Carlton Shearwater Hotel in the town.The application was for three mixed use blocks containing apartments, creche, self-catering holiday homes, a resturant, bowling alley, retail units and an underground carpark.
