Almost 200 springboard places announced for Galway
Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Government's announced almost 200 free third level places in Galway for unemployed people who want to change their skills.
Details of the third Springboard programme allocation were released today by Education Minister Ruairí Quinn.
The selected courses focus on growth areas and aim to equip jobseekers with new skills in sectors with good employment prospects.
195 places are being made available at Galway institutions across 12 courses.
