50 MILLION EURO INVESTMENT FOR BOSTON SCIENTIFIC IN GALWAY

€50 million is to be invested in Boston Scientific in Galway.The money will go toward Research and Development at the Ballybrit facility, which specialises in medical devices for use in minimally invasive surgical procedures.The investment in the company, which employs 3,000 people, is being backed by IDA Ireland.It will broaden the capabilities of the 200 person R&D team responsible for new products.
