4 STOREY BUILDING TO BE BUILT IN MERVUE

Plans to demolish an existing house to make way for a 4 storey building in Mervue have got the green light.City planners have granted developers Stephen Harris and David Curtis permission to build a unit for specialist offices on the Monivea Road.Stephen Harris and David Curtis have got the go-ahead for the Mervue development despite concern from one local resident that a 4 storey building would be 'visually obtrusive'.The developers plan to lease the new building to Newmill IT Solutions.
