MULTI MILLION EURO MONIVEA ROAD DEVELOPMENT GETS GO AHEAD

A major new retail, residential and commercial development planned for Monivea Road near the Eircom Building in the city has been given the go ahead.Paddy Craven, Mike, Shane and Barry Heskin can now go ahead and knock a shop, house and warehouse and build the massive development in their place.Included in the mixed development plans are 28 apartments, 7 retail units and 2 offices.
