Winger joins Tribesmen from Glentoran and becomes third new face at League of Ireland club this week

Galway United have added another new face to the squad this week with the announcement that former Bohemians, Bray, Dundalk, and Shelbourne winger, Dylan Connolly, has joined the Tribesmen.

The move is subject to international clearance, as the Dubliner spent the last 18 months or so on the books of Glentoran in the NIFL. Once that comes through, the 31-years-old will join-up with former Bohs team-mate, Kris Twardek, who is currently sideline with a foot injury.

He is the third signing announced by United this week, following the arrival of Leigh Kavanagh, who is on loan from Bohs until the end of the season; while Connor Gleeson has returned to the club eight years after his last appearances between the posts for United.

The Dunmore native has stepped in after Evan Watts' loan spell was ended early by his parent club, Swansea City, who also recalled Arthur Parker form his loan spell at United.
