Surge in end-of-year residential auction interest

Regional Sales Manager, Shane May said there has been a significant increase in enquiry levels with many people hoping to purchase before end of the year.

“Our upcoming auctions will give buyers the opportunity to purchase their property of interest before the end of the year. Our legal team work closely with the solicitors to ensure all the necessary legal documents are available before the auction which avoids prolonged waiting periods after the sale is agreed.

“This gives buyer’s confidence to put forward their offers knowing if they are successful, they can move quickly on the sale,” he said.

Among the properties set to go under the hammer in the online auctions are:

52 Brackernagh, Ballinasloe. Offered at bids over €135,000 in partnership with Michael McCullagh Auctioneers. This mixed use (retail/residential) building in one of the most prominent business locations in Ballinasloe. On the ground floor there is a retail area, measuring 685 sq ft, with two display windows. Ideally suited for any number of uses including general retail, hairdressing, café etc.
