Woman who died in Moycullen crash named

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The woman who died following a crash on the N59 yesterday morning has been named as Margaret Keady from Slieveaneena, Moycullen. Gardai are renewing their appeal for witnesses to the crash, which happened at around 4.30am. It happened just off the N59 Galway to Clifden Road when the car she was driving hit a wall. A male passenger, aged in his early 50s, was taken to UHG but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Gardai in Salthill are appealing for anyone who was travelling on the N59 close to Moycullen between 4 and 5 yesterday morning to contact them at 091-514720.
