UDARAS NA GAELTACHTA STRAPPED FOR CASH

The State Development Agency for the Gaeltacht continues to be strapped for cash. Around 100 people work with Udarás na Gaeltachta but their role with the agency is very limited at present because of the government's decision to put a stop on capital funding.The monthly meetings of the regional committee for the Western Gaeltacht regions remain suspended and the Údarás does not know when it will have money to spend again:
