TIME EXTENSION SOUGHT FOR MAJOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN KNOCKNACARRA

An extension of time has been sought for plans to build over 200 residential units as well as a creche and doctors surgery at a site in Knocknacarra in the city.

Kapstone limited are behind the major development at Ballyburke on the Ballymoneen road.

The plans provide for 93 houses, 13 townhouses, and 104 apartments in two and three storey blocks over two basements.
