Thomas McDonagh and Sons Ltd is planning a major redevelopment of its site in Ballybane.The company has applied for planning permission to demolish all of its buildings at the Bother na Mine site and build a new Builders Providers and D.I.Y store and offices.Many of the buildings at Thomas McDonagh and Sons' site in Ballybane are 20 years old or more.The redevelopment of the site is a 3 phased master plan which will be carried out over a 5 year period.
