SUSPENDEND SENTENCE FOR DRUG DEALING FOR GALWAY CRIMINAL GANG

A man who worked for an organised criminal gang in Galway city, supplying drugs and collecting money, has been given a suspended three-year jail term.
23 year old, Mark Dowling, of 58 Castlepark, Ballybane, appeared before Galway Circuit Criminal Court.
He pleaded guilty to participating in an activity likely to enhance the ability of a criminal organisation to commit a serious offence,by having cannabis in his possession with intent to supply others between July 2009 and June 2010.
