Supreme Court rules against Galway teacher for pension benefits

Galway Bay fm newsroom: The Supreme Court has ruled that a part-time teacher at a school in Galway was not employed by the Education Minister. Anne Boyle taught for 20 years at the Hillside Park pre-school for Travellers. The case relating to pension entitlements was already dealt with by the Labour Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
