SUBSTANTIAL FUNDING FOR ARAN ISLAND HEALTH UNIT

Health Services on the Aran Islands are to be improved.Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Éamon Ó Cuív has announced a grant of 607 thousand euro for the new health unit on Inis Oírr [EAR].The Gaeltacht Improvements Scheme and CLÁR are funding it and Minister Ó Cuív says it will "greatly enhance the health service available on the island."
