STRIKE TALKS CONTINUE AT CARLTON HOTEL
Date Published: 10-Dec-2009
An emergency meeting aimed at deciding the next course of action for striking workers is continuing at the Carlton Hotel in the city this evening.
Workers began picketing at the Dublin Road entrance to the hotel today to support four of their colleagues who lost their jobs last month.
The picket has been temporarily lifted as a gesture of goodwill towards management at the hotel.
