A Galway GAA Club is claiming to have Ireland’s luckiest lotto after it paid out another jackpot.

Cumann Peile Bearna Na Forbacha’s club lotto has been won six times in two-and-a-half years – with jackpot pay-outs totalling €84,200.

The football club is located in the Conamara villages of Bearna and Na Forbacha.

Its latest jackpot winner was Joe McDonagh who won €13,400 in the April 14 draw.

The current jackpot is €5,100. The club has invited members of the public not to ’sit on the side-lines’ and to buy tickets for the draw which takes place on Mondays.
