SEPTIC TANK CAMPAIGNERS TO HOST CONNEMARA MEETING

Connemara campaign group "Glór na Tuaithe" is to hold a public meeting in Rosaveal this evening to discuss septic tank and water charges as well as the ongoing EU turf cutting restrictions.

The "Voice of Rural Ireland" movement will also debate the upcoming EU Fiscal Treaty referendum.

Treaty opponent Eamon O'Cuiv will be in attendence as well as fellow Galway West TD Sean Kyne and a number of local representatives.

The meeting takes place at 8.30pm.
