ROAD REOPENS FOLLOWING GORT CRASH

The road from Gort to Crusheen has re-opened following a crash early today, in which a young man was killed.Gardai have identified the man, who's believed to be from Ballinasloe and in his early twenties.But they won't be naming him until all family members have been informed.The two car collision occurred near the turn-off to Shanaglish on the Gort to Crusheen road shortly after 7.30 this morning.The driver of the second car is in a stable condition at University Hospital Galway.
