Report today on death of Savita Halappanavar in Galway
Galway Bay fm Newsroom - The HSE will publish its report on the death of Savita Halappanavar at University Hospital Galway later today.
The review was carried out by a seven person panel of experts following the death of the 31 year old at the hospital in October last year.
Savita was 17 weeks pregnant when she suffered a miscarriage and subsequently died from septicaemia.
