PORTUMNA BRIDGE TO REOPEN FULLY TOMORROW EVENING

Portumna Bridge will close completely all day tomorrow ahead of its re-opening tomorrow evening.

The bridge was originally closed last October for restoration works and a stop / go system has been in operation.

The work on Portumna Bridge was due to be complete by last December but the project was delayed.

Locals claim the long-running project has caused travel disruption and a downturn in business.
