PLANS FOR DOUGHISKA MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT SCALED DOWN

Plans for a mixed-use development at Doughiska just outside the city have been scaled down under the current economic circumstances.

Two years ago, Ignatius Foy and Leo Maher were granted permission for a discount foodstore within a building which would also include apartments.

However a new application has been lodged this week seeking permission to build a licenced discount foodstore alone at the site at Sraith Fhada.
