PENSIONER PLEADS GUILTY TO CITY INDECENT ASSAULT

A 69 year old pensioner pleaded guilty before Galway Circuit Criminal Court today to indecently assaulting a boy in the city over forty years ago.
The accused, who can't be named to protect the identity of the victim, pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting the boy on various dates between October, 1967 and March, 1969 at two different locations in the city.
