OVER HALF OF PD CLLRS TO RUN AS INDEPENDENTS IN UPCOMING ELECTIONS

At least 50 per cent of PD councillors in the county are planning to run as Independent Candidates in the upcoming local elections. Five out of the six sitting PD councillors reached by Galway Bay FM News have indicated they believe party members will endorse a plan to disband the party in October.
