Over 3,600 waiting for eye-care treatment in Galway

More than 3,600 people are now on waiting lists for eye-care treatment in Galway.
That's according to recent figures released via parliamentary question.
City Councillor Clodagh Higgins says while some progress has been made nationally, Galway is still experiencing particularly acute challenges.
Fine Gael Councillor Higgins says targeted investment is needed.
