NUI Galway enters into agreement with Japanese business

Galway Bay fm newsroom - NUI Galway and several other Irish institutions have entered into agreements with the Japanese company Shionogi.

The agreements, known as memorandums of understanding, will alow Shionogi to work closely with NUIG and exchange information and personnel.

The company Shionogi is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer

Shane Nolan, Manager of Growth Markets, says that Shionogi choosing to work with NUIG is a testament to the research they are conducting.
