NEW REPORT ON RESPITE SERVICES IN GALWAY BEING LAUNCHED TODAY

A new report on innovative respite services in Galway for people with intellectual disabilities is being launched around now.For several years, the Brothers of Charity and Ability West have been working together to support a Home Sharing approach for people with special needs.In 2007, funding was allocated by the Government to expand the home sharing initiative for 2 years.An independent evaluation of the project was carried out and the report is being launched around now at NUI Galway.
