Planning permission is being sought from Galway City Council to construct a commercial building in Ballybrit.
James Keane is seeking permission to build twelve separate commercial units in Glenrock Industrial Estate in the Ballybrit Business Park.
The application states the units will be in a single-storey structure of twelve hundred square metres.
