MACNAS FORCED TO MAKE REDUNDANCIES IN COMPANY RESTRUCTURING

Street threatre group Macnas has been forced to make redundancies - including the general manager - as part of company restructuring.A review of the company by an independent consultant was carried out as a result of the economic downturn, and it was decided that 3 jobs had to go.Bernie Smyth, who's Chairperson of Macnas, says it's unfortunate, but necessary to secure the future of the company.
