LLOYDS TO CHALLENGE BARNA WASTE EXAMINERSHIP
British owned bank Lloyds is set to launch a legal challenge to try and oust the examiner of Barna Waste.
The bank had been attempting to sell the company for a few weeks, but an examiner was appointed earlier this week.
The Sunday business post reports the bank will object to the examinership process, arguing the company's owners had agreed to sell the business to pay down its 9 million euro debt pile.
Barna Waste was established in 1993 and has its head office in Carrowbrowne on the Headford road.
