JUDGE RESERVES DECISION IN BALLINASLOE TOWN PLAN HEARING

A decision is to be made in the coming weeks following judicial review proceedings being taken by Ballinasloe business community over the town enhancement plan.

The judge reserved his decision following a hearing held in Cork this month.
