GO AHEAD FOR NEW CITY MEDICAL COMPLEX

Planning permission has been granted for a medical centre at Prospect Hill in the City.

Dr. Siobhaun McDonagh applied to develop two ground floor units into a single space for the centre at Atlantic House, 39 Prospect Hill, Galway.

Permission was granted subject to six conditions, including a payment to the City Council of over two and a half thousand euro to facilitate public transport to the medical centre.

This condition may be waved if an approved car park at the rear of the property is resurfaced and lined for at least thirteen spaces.
