The older voice of Galway will help inform a new strategic plan to make the county more 'age friendly'.
The Galway age friendly alliance has organised public consultation workshops at 11 locations in the county over the next few weeks.
The first consultation takes place in the Parish Hall in Headford later this morning at 11:30 (March 30th)
Other workshops will take place in Ballygar, Oranmore, Gort, ClareGalway, Loughrea, Athenry, Oughterard, Portumna, Ballinasloe and Tuam over the next month
The consultations are free and open to all, and further details are available on the county council website.
