Galway Sinn Fein Senator backs party policy on Seanad abolition

The party has decribed the Upper House as 'elitist' and 'out of touch.'Senator O'Clochartaigh says that if the Seanad is abolished in thefuture, he will represent the people of Galway in whatever platform is available to him.He says reform had been sought on many occasions but keeping the Seanad in its current form is not acceptable.
