Galway property prices stabilising

However the year on year decline in property prices in the city is just over 8 percent and just over 9 percent in the county.The median asking price for a property in Galway city and county now stands at 170 thousand euro.The average time to sale agreed for Galway properties, is 5 months.Meanwhile, more planning permissions for family homes needs to be granted in Dublin - in order to halt the property bubble which is fast emerging, according to Myhome.ie
