Galway householders left without Irish Water emergency service

According to today's Irish Independent, when a customer rings the Irish Water call centre, the query is logged and will be dealth with on the next business day. If this happens on a Friday evening, it could be Monday morning before the query is dealth with. The admission by Irish Water that it has no emergency service in place affects about 600 thousand householders across the country.
