GALWAY DEVELOPER TAKES RIVAL TO HIGH COURT OVER PLANNING PACT

Galway Developer and hotelier Gerry Barrett is due in court this week amid a multi-million euro legal battle over a four million euro planning pact. The Sunday Business Post is reporting that Talebury Properties, a company controlled by Gerry Barrett, is taking a High Court action against Parolen, a Meath company, over a pact not to object to planning permission for their respective shopping centres.
