GALWAY CHARITY LAUNCHES PUBLIC PERCEPTION SURVEY

Date Published: 04-Apr-2008
The Galway charity COPE has launched a survey of its services in a bid to mobilize more support from the public. The charity hopes to find out what the people of Galway think and feel about the people it supports and the services it provides in the local community. Founded in the mid-seventies, COPE provides accommodation for the homeless, a refuge for women and children experiencing domestic violence, as well as community support for older vulnerable people. From today it's inviting people to volunteer their time and ideas by logging on to cope-dot-ie.
