DEPUTY BRIAN WALSH APPOINTED TO PIVOTAL FINE GAEL NATIONAL COMMITTEE

Galway West TD Brian Walsh has been appointed to the 6 person Fine Gael National Electoral Strategy Committee.

He is the only TD among the membership of the committee, which also includes the party's General Secretary Tom Curran and veteran strategist Frank Flannery, a native of Attymon, Athenry.

Deputy Walsh was also Regional Director of Elections for the Childrens Referendum.
