DECLAN GANLEY TO MAKE POLITICAL COMEBACK

Abbeyknockmoy businessman and former Libertas leader Declan Ganley is making preparations to re-emerge into European politics, with a dramatically revised vision for Europe.

Mr. Ganley who ran unsuccessfully in the European elections in 2009 under his now defunct organisation, 'Libertas', says Europe needs to become more federalised and also more democratic.

Outlining his proposals in today's Sunday Business Post, the businessman says the structure of the EU should resemble that of the United States of America.
