Construction begins at 20 million research facility
Galway bay fm newsroom - The construction of a 20 million euro clinical and translational Research Facility is underway at University Hospital Galway.
The contract awarded to BAM industries will create 125 construction jobs at its peak and is expected to be completed by early 2015.The NUI Galway facility aims to facilitate cutting edge medical research side by side with patient care in University Hospital Galway.Keith Warnock, Vice President for Capital Projects, says that Galway has a distinct advantage in medical research
