Connacht included in latest rainfall alert from Met Eireann

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Connacht is included in today's 'status orange' rainfall warning from Met Eireann.

The weather service says widespread heavy rain may lead to flooding.

There's also a five to fifteen percent chance that tornadoes could develop.

An orange alert is the second highest level of weather warning.
