CELEBRITY BAINISTEOIR CONTESTANTS BEFORE GALWAY COURT

Date Published: 14-Nov-2011

It was a case of “Get me out of here” for two Derry footballers who found themselves in court today for being involved in a pub brawl in Galway city following their team’s defeat in the recent semi-finals of the Celebrity Bainisteoir hit television series.

25 year old Michael McIvor, of 31 Letteran, Cookstown Co. Tyrone and 28 year old Kieran Donnelly, of 50a Letteran Road, Moneymore, Magherafelt, County Derry, avoided convictions for public order offences at Galway District Court by each making a €300 donation to the court poor box.
