BOOK OF EVIDENCE SERVED IN CITY ASSAULT CASE

A woman charged with an assault in the city in March last year has been sent forward for trial for the sittings later this month.

Winnie Mongan with an address at 208 Lurgan Park in Renmore appeared before Galway District Court where a book of evidence was served.

Mongan is charged with assault causing harm at or near Murty Rabbit's Bar on Forster Street on 18th March last year.
