BAIL REMAND IN BALLINASLOE STABBING CASE

A Brazilian man charged in connection with a serious assault in Ballinasloe earlier this month has been remanded on bail until April 26.

21 year old, Magdiel Lopez Vilar with an address at Main Street in Ballinasloe appeared before Ballinasloe District Court.

He's charged in relation to a serious assault in the town on January 22nd where one man was hospitalised after receiving a stab wound to his abdomen.
