65 GALWAY COMPANIES GO BUST THIS YEAR

65 Galway companies have gone bust so far this year.

That's according to figures compiled by the insolvencyjournal.ie, which show that nationally 1,090 businesses went bust in the first eight months of this year.

February and March show the highest increase for Galway when a total of 24 businesses were forced to close.
