17TH CENTURY RAHOON HOUSE TO BE REFURBISHED

A 17th century protected house in the city is being refurbished and turned into apartments. City planners have given Kenny Developments and Co Ltd the green light to re-develop Rahoon House on Millars Lane. Chief among the 23 conditions applied by planners is that a qualified conservation architect supervise works on the original features and historic fabric remaining in the building.
