O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers are offering properties from as little as €20,000 at their next auction on November 15.

And in Ballinasloe, there are three detached homes – with the potential for the development of 19 more – set to go under the hammer with a guide price of just €60,000.

A total of 19 lots will go under the hammer on the day, and according to Colm O’Donnellan, there is exceptional value on offer, particularly in rural locations.

In Derrymullen, Ballinasloe, three detached four-bed houses – each measuring 1,500 sq.ft. – and land with the potential for the development of 19 more, have an AMV of just €60,000.

Planning permission was previously granted for 24 homes on the site – two other properties were sold on the site.

The purchaser will also be liable for any bond or development contributions on the site.

There are open viewings on Thursdays and Saturdays from 2pm to 3pm.

Two commercial units and four apartments on Northgate Street in Athenry – described as a truly outstanding commercial property which also has a residential component located on the first floor – are also set to go under the hammer.

The property is in the main commercial area of the town and is being sold as one lot.

The AMV is €100,000. There are open viewings on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2pm to 3pm.
